Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of scalemercer.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale & Mercer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnification

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will revise the date below when we make changes.
